Single Cell + Spatial Transcriptional Creation Library and Analysis Platform |
The platform has developed multiple algorithmic tools to accurately calculate cell-cell interactions and obtain tumor interaction heatmaps at the cellular level of the tumor microenvironment. Accurately analyze tumor heterogeneity from the perspective of cells, and achieve personalized and accurate diagnosis of tumors in the true sense. So far, more than 130 single cells have been tested, and more than 30 cases of spatial transcriptome have been tested, including prostate cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and other solid tumors. |
